Return Policy

Before removing tags, try on all apparel items to ensure proper fit, even if you purchase multiples of the same product and size. Used, traded, second hand, and uniform exchanged apparel from school programs will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or manufacture defect. Please check with your school's uniform policy prior to your purchase. SPP management, employees, and volunteers are not responsible if you mistakenly purchase the wrong uniform appropriate for each school and/or grade, formal requirements, etc. 

 

Returns

Returned merchandise approved after inspection MUST be in NEW, clean, re-sellable condition with all packaging. Credit will be issued at the current retail, sale or clearance price after meeting all requirements. Credit will not be issued greater than currency paid. The product must have all of its tags on and not have been worn, washed or mishandled. BSN Sideline orders - Please see information below.

Regular priced uniform and spirit item products can be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.

 

Exchanges

Regular priced uniform and spirit products can be returned after inspection with original receipt in new condition within 30 days of purchase. The product must have all original tags on and not worn, washed, altered, or mishandled. BSN Sideline orders - Please see information below.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned the same method as the original payment. 

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final. No refunds, no exchanges.

Clearance: All clearance sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges.

If your item does not meet the return or exchange policy, please consider donating to your local school or charity.

 

Manufacturer Defect

A+ School Apparel guarantees uniform replacement for defects only after inspection within 60 days of purchase. A manufacturer defect should be clearly visible within 30 days of purchase. To increase longevity of apparel, wash clothing inside out, in cold water, and hand dry.

The following items are NOT considered manufacturer defects and should be remedied by the customer.

- worn knee(s)

- loose seam(s)
